My family and I moved to Colville, Washington in 1989 to be near family. I have been Selling and Listing Real Estate in Stevens County for over 20 years. I take pride in the job I do for my Clients. I am a Top Producer and have been nominated over a dozen times for Realtor of the Year. 

My husband and I have felt blessed to have been able to raise our family in such beautiful country and I enjoy helping others make their move here. I share with my Clients that not only is this a beautiful place to live but the people here are special as well.  The town parade could be right of  a Norman Rockwell Painting, with kids, horses, dogs pulling wagons, etc.   My family and I enjoy, boating, water skiing, camping, fishing, hunting, horse back riding, snow sking, cross country skiing & snowmobiling. All of which this country offers in abundance.  If you enjoy boating, You can launch your boat on Lake Roosevelt and be in a private cove in minutes, because the Government owns the shoreline the Lake in its natural beauty is something to see. Gardening and canning are a way of life here and I have learned to do both, including making all kinds of jelly and jams.
 

I work full time to stay on top of our market.  I search the hot sheet daily to capture new properties that may fit my clients needs. I also have a good working relationship with all the local realtors and will call them with a list of properties I need to help better search out all avenues to better service my clients.
I also am a top listing agent in our MLS and many of my listings come for past clients and referrals from other sellers I have worked with.
